When will I receive my order?

All orders get processed and shipped out in 1 business day (M-F).

Order cut off time is 3pm PST. Any order placed after 3pm PST will be processed on the following business day.

After that processing time, you will receive your order based on the Shipping option you choose at check out.

2 Day Shipping anywhere in the USA is Free (Overnight shipping options available at check out).

Credit Card not working?

If your credit card does not go through online, then you order is automatically placed on hold and will not be processed. If that happens, and you would like to proceed with your order, please call us at 714.486.1150 M-F 9am-5pm PT and we can process your card over the phone. The order date will then be modified based on when you paid for the order.

What is your order cancellation policy?

All orders are final. Once you place your order online, your order cannot be cancelled or modified.

What is your return policy & quality guarantee?

At CMP we believe that all orders deserve our personal attention and guarantee. We hold our quality to the highest industry standards and do everything we can to print your images and design at the highest quality possible.

Depending on the resolution and color tones of your photos, there are some limitations. Some photos may print brighter than others, or may look more crisp than others, but that is the nature of commercial printing. Our photo products are not the same as you would get from ordering photos from a photo lab.

In the end, we want you to have a beautiful product to share with family and friends, and a keepsake to have for years to come. So if you any reason we are concerned with the quality of an image you supplied, we will contact you right away.

All orders are final, however is you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

If we cannot satisfy to your liking, you can send us back your entire order, and we will issue you a full refund. Please note that 100% of your order must be returned in order to receive a refund.
